We train young Africans in Salesforce and IT, then place them where the experience is real.
Most programs stop at a certificate. We don’t.
Every Fellow earns a six-month placement inside a real NGO we equip with free enterprise systems, so classroom skills become the experience employers actually hire for. Based in Accra, working across Africa and beyond.

A certificate isn’t a career.
Every year, thousands of young Africans finish tech-training programs and still can’t get hired, because employers want experience and a course cannot give you that. That gap between trained and hired is where good programs quietly fail. Closing it is the entire reason we exist.

Nigeria’s 3MTT has trained 135,000+ people. Ghana’s One Million Coders drew 94,000 applications in 48 hours. Yet across Africa, training rarely ends in a job: a review of 113 evaluations found only about one in three showed real employment gains. What works is training plus real work, six months inside a company building things employers can see. That is the model we run.
