Hosting a Fellow

A trained Fellow, inside your team, for six months.

Hosting a Fellow isn’t a favour you do us. It’s part of the offer. You get an extra pair of trained hands to set up your systems, clean your data, and build the dashboards your funders keep asking for. In return, a young African gets the live experience that makes them hireable. Minimum six months.

What you provide

  • Real tasks on a live system.
  • A supervisor to point the way.
  • A desk, or a remote setup.

What we provide

  • A vetted, trained Fellow.
  • Your free enterprise system setup.
  • Support through the whole placement.
What we don't do

Things we will not sell you.

01

We do not sell workshops.

If you leave with a certificate and no working system, we failed.

02

We do not resell licenses.

The vendor accounts are in your NGO's name from day one.

03

We do not write 40-page decks.

Every deliverable is a working system or an evidence pack.

04

We do not disappear at go-live.

We stay in the loop for the whole placement, where most consultants leave.

05

We do not dump an untrained intern on you.

Every Fellow is trained before placement, and we stay in the loop the whole six months.

Funders & networks

Fund a cohort. Equip your grantees.

One grant funds two measurable outcomes: young Africans placed toward real jobs, and a batch of NGOs (potentially your own grantees, wherever they operate) digitally transformed with enterprise systems and skilled hands.

Funders

Bilateral donors, family foundations, philanthropies.

Fund a cohort and do two things with one grant: put young Africans on a path to real jobs, and get your grantees, wherever they operate, onto modern systems producing evidence-ready reports.

INGO offices

International NGOs and country offices.

Your local partner organisations need Salesforce, Google for Nonprofits and more. We take on the sub-grantee onboarding (and staff each setup with a trained Fellow), so your team does not have to become a Salesforce consultancy.

Sector networks

NGO networks and coalitions.

We co-produce sector reports, run joint sessions (only when they ship a system deliverable), and open our office hours to network members. Members get equipped; their people get placements.

01

Batch onboarding.

For 5+ grantees at once, wherever they operate. Subsidised further by our own grant funding.

02

A shared evidence template.

So every grantee reports before/after on the same metrics.

03

Fellows placed inside each NGO.

One grant funds youth employment outcomes and grantee digital transformation.

04

Quarterly progress calls.

With the funder or convenor, not just the NGO.

05

Case-study rights.

We co-brand two sector case studies per year with any partner running a batch.

06

Referral channel.

Refer NGOs to us individually and we notify you when they come on board. No billing involved.

Partner with us

Tell us about your NGO.

A paragraph is enough. If it’s a fit, we reply within 3 working days with the partner memo and suggest a call.

Registered NGOs anywhere in the world are welcome. Ghana is our home, not our limit.
