What we do

A working system, before your next funder report.

Ninety days. One systems owner. Four vendor accounts in your name.

The 90-day plan

Three phases. Twelve weeks. One evidence pack at the end.

Phase 1 · Week 1–2 · Fast wins

Google Workspace and Slack, live.

Week one is paperwork and provisioning. We prepare your Google for Nonprofits application with the Registrar General certificate, Department of Social Welfare recognition, TIN and board authorisation letter already staged. Approval typically lands in 5–10 working days. In parallel, we submit your Slack for Nonprofits application through TechSoup.

Week two is rollout. Every staff member gets a firstname@yourorg.org address. Your shared Drive is set up with folders that match how funders ask for documents. The main internal WhatsApp group moves to Slack. The team feels the change by day 10. It buys us credibility for the harder work in phase 2.

What ships at end of phase

  • Google Workspace account in your NGO's name (you own it).
  • Named email for every staff member.
  • Shared Drive with a folder structure built for funder reporting.
  • Slack workspace live, main internal group migrated.
  • Systems owner trained on adding users and resetting passwords.

Time from your team · 6–8 hours from the systems owner. 1 hour from every other staff member.

Phase 2 · Week 3–6 · The engine

Salesforce, built for how your team works.

This is the hard part. We file the Salesforce Power of Us application, wait for verification (typically 2–3 weeks), and while it processes we build the data model on a sandbox. Not a generic NGO template. A model built for your program: beneficiary tracking, program indicators, funder-report fields disaggregated by district, age band, sex, and any other cut your primary funder asks for.

Field officers are trained on the Salesforce mobile app on their own phones, not in a classroom. Training runs 3 short sessions over 2 weeks, on WhatsApp video call, so nobody has to come into Accra. Your systems owner learns to add users, tweak reports, and build simple dashboards.

What ships at end of phase

  • Salesforce Enterprise org, 10 licenses assigned.
  • Beneficiary object populated with your existing data, cleaned and migrated.
  • One starter dashboard your Programs Manager can screenshot into a funder report.
  • Every field officer trained on the mobile app.
  • Systems owner able to answer 80% of day-to-day questions unaided.

Time from your team · 8–10 hours a week from the systems owner. Roughly 2 hours per field officer for training.

Phase 3 · Week 6–12 · Proof & reach

Canva templates and Ad Grants, live.

Canva Nonprofits verification takes about 5 working days. Once approved, we build your NGO's core template set: a funder proposal cover, a monthly report cover, a social media post template, an event flyer template, and a beneficiary story template. Small but morale-boosting for a team that has been sending funder proposals in default Word.

Google Ad Grants is the reach lever. It requires a working website with a clear mission page and contact info. If yours needs upgrading, we flag it early and refer you to a partner web developer. Once the site is ready, we submit the Ad Grants application and build your first campaign around your primary program area. The final week is the before/after review. We sit with your Programs Manager and produce a one-page evidence document.

What ships at end of phase

  • Canva Nonprofits account, 50 users assigned.
  • Core template set (5 templates minimum) branded to your NGO.
  • Google Ad Grants application submitted (approval pending).
  • Before/after evidence pack, one page, funder-ready.
  • 90-day support window opens for follow-up questions.

Time from your team · 2 hours a week from the systems owner. Roughly 1 hour a week during the 90-day support window that follows.

Your time

Real hours from a real staff person.

We ask for one systems owner. Usually the M&E officer or a Programs Assistant. That person spends 6–10 hours a week for the first 6 weeks, drops to 2 hours a week through go-live, and holds at 1 hour a week during the 90-day support window. The rest of your team spends about 3 hours total on training. We say the number upfront because implementations that pretended otherwise are why NGOs are burned out on this category.

What we do not do

Things we will not sell you.

01

We do not sell workshops.

If you leave the engagement with a certificate and no system, we failed.

02

We do not resell licenses.

The vendor accounts are in your NGO's name from day one.

03

We do not write 40-page strategy documents.

Every deliverable is a working system or an evidence pack.

04

We do not disappear at go-live.

The 90-day support window is where most consultants leave and where we stay.
